We started our filming in the 9th February before half-term. Unfortunately we forgot to bring a camera to take pictures of the process. That day we filmed in Finsbury Park some toys. There was snow in the park, which would not affect our opening in terms of context because it is discrete and a bit detached. However the snow made it a bit difficult to work our the best lighting as it was a very foggy day and everything was very bright.
During half-term, on Thursday 16th February we finished (nearly everything) our filming. First we finished all the filming inside of the house, then we went to Finsbury Park to do the necessary filming with the girl. Some things did not go very well, the girl we had to use was not the same we were planning to and it was essential to finish all the filming with her that day. Also, the cat got operated and we couldn't film it as well. There was one scene that we had to reshoot at the same day.
Main character outfit - white top with flowers, skirt, flowery tights, twintail. Childlike to represent innocence and establish the 'fake' normality.
Making the drawings needed.
The scrapbook reflecting the girl's tormented mind.
Making the cuts in her arms.
Today's lesson we finished filming the adoptions paper which was the only footage missing.
